Test Note produced for the Bank of England, printed on GOEBEL printing machines intaglio uniface on real banknote paper with watermark by VHP, a security paper supplier. The note has a large border piece at right where the watermark with letters VHP and a portrait of a bearded man is visible. At left is an intaglio printed "Experimental Design" with portrait of Lord Nelson at center. The note is said to have been printed in about the 1980s. Condition: UNC.
