Italy: 100.000 Lire 1983 Specimen P. 110s overprinted "Campione" in all 4 corners and zero serial numbers. Rarely seen item in great original condition but was removed from presentation card and the paper is kind of "rolling" when it is taken out of the folder. Condition: XF.
