Watch List notes:

Alle Welt: France: 100 Francs 7.9.1908 P. 65e, Fay 21-23 in used condition with several folds and border tears. The paper is still very original crisp and colors are as well but there is a large tear from the lower border at right which runs until the center of the note. Otherwise nice collectable item regarding the color of the paper and the print. Condition: VG+.
