Alle Welt: French West Africa: 25 Francs 1923 P. 6D, highly rare issue with "GRAND BASSAM" stamped on "CONAKRY" on front and "COTE D'IVOIRE" large stamp on back. Rarely seen on the market. This example is in used condition with several folds and stains in paper, some stronger border wear at lower broder with tears in paper, a missing part at right border but still original colors and not washed or pressed.
