Alle Welt: French Equatorial Africa: 25 Francs ND(1941) "Afrique Francaise Libre" P. 7s with black specimen overprint on front and back, specimen number perforation "114" at upper right, appearingly normal serial number #F104.884 so it is possible this note was first produced regulgarly with serial number and afterwards taken out of the production for Specimen issues. Rarely seen as Specimen on the market. This example has light folds and creases in paper which is still strong with crispness, without holes or tears, light staining at several areas. Condition: F+.
