Alle Welt: Great Britain: folder with archival material of Waterlow & Sons which was used as demonstration material for the security printers in 1934. The folder starts with the copy of the original letter of a printer / plate engraver who describes difficulties in printing with several types of plates and colors and gives some solution advises to the recipient of the letter. Following the folder contains 2 photographic proof of vignette parts showing a woman at center (resembles Athena which was often used on french style items), a blue and red intaglio print of the same vignette, a black print of the vignette on large size paper with security printers annotations, one photo proof of a large scandinavian style vignette, one sheet with 2 female head proofs in red color. On the last page the folder contains one sheet (offset) of 9 vignettes of a woman seated with a globe at right, which resembles a design for north america but this is not stated in the letter. Alltogether a nice archival collection.
