Alle Welt: Iran: 100 Tomans ND(1924-32) SPECIMEN P. 17s. This extremely rare banknote issued under the name of the "Imperial Bank of Persia" portrait Shah Nasr ad-Din at right, shows great colorful classic design by Bradbury & Wilkinson. It is part of one of the first banknote series in Iran which is highly searched for on the collectors market. This example is in great condition with only a center fold, light handling inpaper and a corner fold at lower left corner but no holes or tears in paper. The paper is very crisp original, has "Cancelled" perforation and specimen serial numbers G/A 000,001 and G/B 025,000 at upper and lower border on back. There are handwritten security printers annotations at upper border on front showing the date "19.10.1924". The note is not washed or pressed, still original bright and perfect coloring. A highly rare addition to any collection. Condition: XF.
