Alle Welt: Netherlands: City of Dordrecht occupied os so-called liberated by the French Army in 1795. The military paid with French Assignats for all expenses which everybody had to accept under well defined conditions. This Rare forgery of a French Assignat was found in the City of Dordrecht with FAUX stamped and handwritten by the Dutch authorities, possibly the forgery was introduced from England to destabilize the economy. The reverse carries the signature L. Lammers. This set contains the forgery and the regular issued 25 Livres Assignat 1795, P.A71
