Alle Welt: Upper Senegal & Niger: one of the rarest issues of all french colony banknotes is this 0.50 Franc 1917 banknote issued under the "Gouvernement Général de l'A.O.F" for the region "Haut-Sénégal-Niger" P. 1a. Very searched note in any condition. This one is graded and encapsulated by PMG, it shows some border wear, 3 pinholes, a tape fixing on back at upper border (to avoid stronger border wear and fix the small border tears) but still original colors.
