Testbanknoten: Europe: This is a rare EURO Test Note produced in France with print "No value X" intaglio Specimen for the 10 Euro banknote (the "X" as roman numeral shows the connection to the "10"), one the one hand completely different design compared to the EURO, on the other hand many feature similarities like the security Strip, watermark, special ink at lower left (like the OVI ink on issued banknotes of the ES2 series), a holographic stripe at right (like on the 5, 10 and 20 Euro notes), the typical "haptic" stripes at left and right border and an iridescent coating security stripe printed on back. Also the size is the same as the 10 Euro banknote. Printed on real French Banknote paper of OBERTHUR FIDUCIAIRE. Rare item. Condition: UNC.
