Prussia. Friedrich III 5 Mark 1888-A MS66 NGC, Berlin Mint, KM512. A superb example of this conditionally rare one-year type. Relatively available in grades below MS66, nice coins of this condition are quite elusive and none have been certified finer. This example has full, bright mint luster, with touches of greenish-gold patina around the peripheries on both sides. No imperfections worthy of mention are noted.
