Anne seated left on globe, holding branch and spear, and resting elbow upon garnished shield to right; crown above. Warm brown surfaces. Toothed border and striated edge. Extremely rare bronzed variety. An interesting product of Sir Isaac Newton during his experimentation with copper coinage while serving as Master of the Mint.
