Victoria gold 5 Pounds 1887 MS61 NGC, Royal mint, KM769, S-3864. A lovely example of this one-year type that features the Jubilee bust of Queen Victoria, with alluring sun-kissed color and the always celebrated St. George slaying the dragon motif. Despite light abrasions which are the result of minor handling, and a few reverse rim nicks, the open areas are quite pleasing with instances of reflectivity showing upon rotation. In total, this is a wonderful Mint State representative of this relatively low-mintage issue.
