Central American Republic gold 4 Escudos 1825 NG-M XF Details (Scratches, Rim Filed) NGC, Nueva Guatemala mint, KM7. Probably removed from a bezel with evidence near the rims mostly apparent on the reverse, nearly effaced edge design and typical ex-jewelry surface quality. Nevertheless, a very rare type in any grade thus still eminently collectible despite the noted defects.
