Draped bust of Cleopatra VII right, wearing broad diadem, hair in tight parallel plaits and bun at nape of neck / ΚΛΕOΠΑΤΡΑΣ ΒΑΣΙΛΙΣΣΗΣ, eagle standing left on thunderbolt, cornucopia before; in right field, Π. Svoronos 1872. SNG Copenhagen 419. Brown patina with some red and green deposits. With a bold, exceptional portrait of this famous queen, with no evident enhancement. NGC Choice VF★ 5/5 - 3/5.
