D N MAGNEN-TIVS P F AVG, bareheaded, cuirassed, and draped bust of Magnentius right / SALVS DD NN AVG ET CAES, large Christogram; A-ω flanking; AMB• in exergue. RIC VIII 34. Rare, especially in this condition. Well-struck on an immense flan, with a pleasing glossy brown patina. Surely one of the best examples extant!
