British Administration Proof 2 Lepta 1819 PR65 Brown PCGS, KM431. Highly mirrored in the fields with a sublime mixture of blue, gold and rose tone over both sides. A lintmark in the field to the left of Britannia becomes visible upon close inspection, but other signs of post-strike handling remain basically invisible. Very rare and incredibly desirable in this proof format.
