Dutch Administration gold Proof Pattern 1/4 Gulden 1945 PR66 Cameo NGC, KM-Pn33 (of KM319). Highly reflective and delicately frosted on the design with subtle tone over both sides. NGC has labeled this off-metal issue a restrike, and that may be so, but the dies used are perfect and we have found no reference confirming a post-dated striking.
