Alexander II Rouble 1873 CПБ-HI MS63 NGC, St. Petersburg mint, Bit-86, KM-Y25. Obv. Crowned double-headed Imperial eagle. Rev. Crowned date and value in wreath. Golden toning, over full lustrous surfaces, with moderate handling marks. A much rare issue than one might expect. Only two pieces have been certified in Mint State by NGC and PCGS combined, with a total of 5 pieces certified in all regular issue grades. None certified finer than this example.
