Provisional Government Proof 50 Centimos 1869(69) SN-M PR65 NGC, KM651. A veritable Gem with deeply-toned graphite coloration awash in turquoise and lilac iridescence and endless flash that dances within the mirrors. Due to an exacting strike, the design features sit high atop the surrounding fields, which are essentially flawless even under magnification.
