George V Proof 1/2 Penny 1935 PR63 Red and Brown PCGS, Melbourne mint, KM22. Mintage: 100. Beautiful chocolate brown patina in the fields with an attractive red striking luster highlighting the devices. Australian proofs of this period are highly collectible and very rare, and a search of auction results from the last decade confirms that fact; it would seem that only about a half dozen or so have sold at auction in the United States in that time.
