Great Britain
George III Specimen Pattern Bank of England Dollar 1804 SP63 PCGS, KM-Pn66, ESC-182. A rare issue, beautifully toned, with hints of the undertype still visible in the legends. Very light cabinet friction highlights the highest points on the devices. This pattern features British arms rather than the usual seated Britannia and was minted in a period of silver shortage following the Napoleonic wars. Ex. Patrick Tan Collection.
Estimate: 5000-6000 USD
