Umberto I gold 100 Lire 1883-R MS64 Prooflike NGC, Rome mint, KM22. The single finest-certified example seen by either NGC or PCGS, and very likely the finest-known piece, at least of those that have appeared on the market in the last decade. Highly lustrous with lightly frosted devices, this piece has minimal hairlines and superb eye appeal. For the collector of crown-size world gold coins, it doesn't get much better than this.
