*Cristoforo di Geremia, Pietro Barbò, Pope Paul II (1464-71), uniface oval bronze medal, bust right wearing cope and large morse, 41.3mm x 34.6mm (Hill 773 obverse), some knocks but an extremely fine contemporary cast with brown patina [Clifford lot 54]. Versions of this medal are known cast in cavo (as Pollard, Bargello, 166a). (300 - 400)
