BRITISH 18TH CENTURY TOKENS, ENGLAND, Holloway & Son, Copper Halfpenny (2), 1794, obv view of a house, I. HOLLOWAY AND SON DRAPERS &c. POST OFFICE around, rev representation of a part of a castle and bridge, B. WATER HALFPENNY . FOR CHANGE NOT FRAUD around, edge PAYABLE AT GOLDSMITHS & SONS SUDBURY and edge plain (Atkins p.176, 74a, 74e; D&H Somersetshire 86a, 86e). First nearly extremely fine and extremely rare, second nearly good extremely fine and much rarer than D&H suggests. (2)

John Holloway (d. 1810) and son, Benjamin Holloway (1772-1836) operated a tailor and drapery business. John Holloway was also the postmaster in Bridgewater, the office pictured on their token.
