D&H 18 extremely fine, D&H 22 from the fractured reverse die, nearly very fine, D&H 28 with area of light corrosion on the obverse, otherwise better than extremely fine, faded colour remaining, D&H 30 with minor marks, otherwise good extremely fine, D&H 31 from the polished obverse and fractured reverse dies, good extremely fine with a little faded colour remaining, D&H 28 scarce, D&H 22 rare. Williams effectively gained control of the entire operations of the Parys Mountain and, later, the Cornish Metal Company, giving him a near monopoly over the development and production of copper and the copper trade in Great Britain.
