The tokens were struck from dies prepared by his son, John Stubbs Jordan, Uniface Copper Halfpenny, 1795, obv Britannia seated with spear and shield, pedestal behind entwined with laurel, Y . BRENHIN . AR . GYFRAITH around, 1795 in exergue, crown on pedestal, rev blank, edge PAYABLE AT RIMSCOMBE PORT (D&H unlisted, noted as D&H Glamorganshire 2bis). Light scratches, otherwise extremely fine and with a little faded colour remaining, exceedingly rare, this the only example traced.
