BRITISH 18TH CENTURY TOKENS, IRELAND, Hibernian Mine Company, Copper Halfpenny, 1792, obv seated figure of Hibernia left, INCORPORATED BY ACT OF PARLIAMENT 1792, harp with ten strings, top of head under A of ACT, ARL and IAM of PARLIAMENT touch, harp strings six, seven, nine and ten extend into wing, strings one and three through five split at top, spike on right arm between elbow and wrist, rev H M Co. cypher, CAMAC KYAN AND CAMAC HALFPENNY, loop of cypher C to first stroke of M of second CAMAC, MA of first CAMAC touch, A of KYAN slightly above Y and N, MA of second CAMAC touch, F of HALFPENNY above L, NN of HALFPENNY touch, lower intersection of first stroke of cypher H and first stroke flourish of cypher M meet with a thin line on the right side, edge PAYABLE IN DUBLIN OR AT BALLYMURTAGH . + .
