A superb specimen for this difficult Charles II type, with full pillars and shield, full PLVS / VL / TRA, mintmark NoR, date 1670 and assayer PoRS, lovely toning all over, certainly among the choicest Bogota pillars-and-waves cobs in existence, in fact the highest of all Bogota cob 8R at NGC by two grades.
