Spanish colonial D-guard "espada ancha" short sword, 1700s-1800s. 307 grams, 20-1/2" long overall. Interesting sword with finely carved, decorated walnut grips, iron D-guard with turned-down quillon, blade engraved "no me saque sin razon" (don't draw me without reason), in fine intact condition and well toned, several nicks on blade, light patina on grip.
