CARIA, Knidos. Circa 404-395 BC. AR Hemidrachm (12mm, 1.70 g, 6h). Forepart of lion right / Head of Aphrodite right; K-NI to left and below chin; all within incuse square. Unpublished, but for the contemporary drachms and obols, cf. Cahn n. 500; Ashton, Late, p. 87 and n. 20; and SNG Ashmolean 97–8. Fine, toned. Extremely rare as a hemidrachm, none in the standard references.
