A better date from this fleeting series, featuring the head of Franz Joseph I and crowned double eagle with sharp contrast between the silky designs and the flash-laden fields. Definitively Mint State, with a few heavy-handed contact marks located to the right of the Emperor's portrait and subtle hairlining across both sides; even still, a scarce issue in a conditionally rare state of presentation, currently among the finest-certified for the date at NGC.
