George III "Northumberland" Shilling 1763 MS63 PCGS, Royal mint, KM597, S-3742. Produced in limited quantities, this issue was minted after the Earl of Northumberland specifically ordered £100 worth of shillings to distribute upon his appointment as Lord Lieutenant. A premium example of this rarity, despite faint traces of obverse adjustments, handsomely toned with superb detail and little evidence of handling.
