KM-unlisted. Authorized mintage of only 2,000 pieces. The obverse depicts one of the four sacred Buddhas which is located on Mt. Emei at the western rim of the Sichuan basin and is the highest of the four sacred Buddhist mountains of China. According to sources from the 16th and 17th centuries Mt. E Mei is thought to be the birthplace of Shaolin boxing. With case of issue and certificate of authenticity serial # 1143. Essential as made and free of tone, haze, or fog. NGC PROOF-69 ULTRA CAMEO.
