St. John's, NF- Newfoundland Government Cash Note 40¢ 1903 Ch. # NF-2cs Specimen. A very lightly handled odd-denomination specimen example printed by the ABNCo of New York displaying solid zero serial numbers. These "black and white" notes are uniface and were intended to pay for road construction and maintenance.
