Emden, Germany (Holy Roman Empire), 28 stuber (2/3 thaler or 1 gulden), Ferdinand II (1619-37). 19.20 grams. Solid and uncorroded but a bit worn and darkly toned, interesting type that is not found on any other wreck. Pedigreed to the Charles Eidel collection. Recovered from: Lastdrager, sunk in 1653 off the Shetland Islands, north of Scotland (Estimate: $90 - 135)
