CARIA, Knidos. Circa 465-449 BC. Drachm (Silver, 16mm, 6.33 g 9). Forepart of a lion with open jaws to right. Rev. Head of Aphrodite to right, wearing necklace and with her hair tied in a pony tail at the back; all within incuse square. Cahn 82.66 (this coin?). Nicely toned and clear. Good very fine.
