Rev. +COnSTAn – T AVTCRAT b' R' Crowned bust with long beard facing, wearing loros and holding globus with patriarchal cross in r. hand.

The coin has a small chip of gold removed from the edge. I believe it was a "test cut" rather than a removed mount.
Ths type was minted within a time period of only 10 weeks, sice Januar 27th, after the fall of the Lekapenoi and before the elevation of Romanus II to co-emperor.
