BOLIVAR (laurel wreath)" around on blue enamel base with 28 rays surrounding // oval with Venezuelan arms with laurel wreath on blue enamel border with rays as on obverse, with integral ornate loop and long bale attached, prooflike fields with some hairlines, no ribbon, choice About Unc, S. In checking previous listings, we were able to find many other orders, but no others with blue enamel also on the back of the order, so this may be quite scarce. Photo size reduced.
