Metapontium. 1/3 stater circa 330, AV 2.67 g. Diademed head of Hera (?) r., hair falling loosely behind her neck. Rev. Barley-ear with leaf at r.; above leaf, bird with wings folded standing r. Johnston G1. Historia Numorum Italy 1578.
Very rare. A very interesting portrait, a flan crack at five o'clock on
obverse, otherwise good very fine
