KINGS of PARTHIA. Orodes II. Circa 57-38 BC. AR Tetradrachm (30mm, 15.25 g, 12h). Seleukeia on the Tigris mint. Dated Xandikos (March). Diademed bust left; torque ends in sea-horse / Orodes seated right, Tyche standing left before him, presenting palm frond and holding cornucopia; month and monogram in exergue. Sellwood 46.4; Sunrise –; Shore –; PDC 41932. VF, a few minor flaws. Very rare.
