A warrior left, armed with a shield and sword attacking wall (vallum), which is defended by two soldiers; in exergue, VAALA. Cr. 514/2. B. 2. AR. g. 3.56 mm. 20.00 RR. Very rare. A bold portrait in high style, perfectly centred on a broad flan. Brilliant and nicely toned. VF.
