1941 1C Doubled Die Obverse, FS-101, MS65 Red PCGS. Lincoln and the central reverse field are apple-green. Orange-red dominates the peripheries. A lustrous and well struck Gem that lacks mentionable marks or carbon. The pick-up point for FS-101 is strong die doubling on the B in LIBERTY. The crossbar of the 4 in the date also shows dramatic doubling, as also seen on FS-102.
