1877-CC 25C MS66+ PCGS. CAC. Large CC. The two Cs in the mintmark are closely spaced and lean slightly to the left, unlike any reverse listed in the Briggs Encyclopedia. This Premium Gem has lovely gray toning on both sides, with peripheral blue on the obverse. An impressive piece featuring a bold strike, this is an excellent example for an advanced Seated quarter cabinet or a Carson City type set. Population: 22 in 66 (8 in 66+), 6 finer.
