1821 50C O-106a, R.2, AU58 PCGS. CAC. Cerulean-blue and amber-gold shades join rainbow iridescence at the borders of this colorful near-Mint Bust half. The top of N in UNITED is filled to confirm the scarcer late die state of Overton-106, which is among the more available varieties for the 1821 date. We note light high point wear and some scattered shallow lines that reside beneath the rich patina. Awarded CAC endorsement in large part for the outstanding eye appeal.
