1935-S 50C MS66 PCGS. The strike is about 70% complete on the head, branch hand, and eagle's leg, yet there are few marks or abrasions on either side of this attractive Premium Gem 1935-S half. Silver luster beams from beneath a thin coating of powder-gray patina with glimpses of pale-gold at the borders. As a date, this San Francisco half is among the scarcest of the middle-date series. PCGS has seen just three numerically finer pieces (4/17).
