2008-W $1 Silver Eagle, Reverse of 2007, Burnished, Moy Signature SP70 PCGS. The Reverse of '07 is far scarcer in perfect SP70 condition than the normal Reverse of '08. The most noticeable identifier of this reverse is the lack of a spur on the bottom of the U in UNITED. Cherrypickers' states that 47,000 pieces were minted, according to a Mint spokesman. This example is one of just 45 in a Moy signature holder in SP70 (4/17).
