Appears to be otherwise complete with many better tabs such as 1948 High Holidays, 1949 National Flag (x2, left & right tabs), 1949 Petah Tikva, 1949 Second New Year, 1950 Independence Day, 1950 Airmails, 1950 Negev, 1951 officials, 1952 Menorah and more. Many issues represented by up to 4 or 5 of each. Few with minor creases, gum or small paper flaws. Original gum, NEVER HINGED, vast majority fine to very fine. Estimate Value $2,000 - 2,500
