Reverse: EΠI Γ K Λ MI-ΘPO-V APXON A around, CAPΔIANΩN B/NEΩKOPΩN in two lines in exergue, Herakles standing facing, head right, resting had on grounded club and holding bow, facing Dionysos standing facing, head left, holding kantharos from which wine spills and thyrsos; between their feet, panther seated left, head turned to catch drops of wine. SNG Leypold 1227 (same dies), otherwise seemingly unpublished. Extremely Rare - perhaps one of just two known. Beautiful gray-green patina with flecks of red and sandy highlights. Well struck and perfectly centered. Far superior to the one published specimen. Extremely Fine. Estimate Value $2,500 - 3,000
