Obv: C VAI HOST M QVINTVS C Bare-headed, draped, cuirassed bust r. Rx: P M S C - OL VIM around, AN XII in exergue, Moesia standing l. between bull and lion, extending her arms over their heads, drapery falls from her l. elbow to the snout of the lion. Ex Empire Coins 67, 25 July 1993, lot 106. Rare with just C rather than CAE at end of obverse legend. Martin-4.01.26 cites this variant from a private collection in Yugoslavia, while Varbanov-193 cites it from the 1994 Spink's Numismatic Circular. Our coin also seems to substitute an I for the L or VAL in the obverse legend.
